Hotel Soul Suzhou offers a comfortable and luxurious experience in a central location. the staff is incredibly nice and always ready to assist with any requests. the hotel's marvelous location in the Gu Su district is simply amazing, as it's close to major attractions like Tiger Hill and Lingering Garden, along with a variety of public areas and a main shopping street, including the beautiful Xuanmiao Temple. being close to a train station provides convenient travel options.

The breakfasts for every taste. The rooms were a nice size and well-organised, spacious bedroom for a good sleep. The hotel's location was central, right next to the shopping district.

Extremely comfy bed in family king room with a flat screen cable TV, a safe box, and a writing desk. Rich breakfast for every taste, complimentary drinks. Quiet atmosphere all around, excellent and unbeatable location next to a beautiful major market on Rembin Road, and Suzhou Museum.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Soul Suzhou. the accommodation was spacious and newly remodeled, and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed dining at the in-house restaurant for dinner during my two-night stay. the hotel's central location makes it convenient, especially being close to Barbican House. I truly loved my time here and highly recommend it!

The hotel is located in an ideal spot near Cliffe High Street, making it conveniently close to everything. It's just 300 meters to a fantastic restaurant with outstanding food. the breakfast provided is delicious, featuring a rich variety of European and Western options that cater to all tastes.

Very comfortable beds, wonderful shower, and very accomodating staff. Central location allowed us to walk to all the local gardens. Amazing food street only 5 minutes away. And the hotel's outlandish decor actually can make the experience quite refreshing.

The rooms was very big. Very good, clean and modern compared to other hotels I tried in China for same price.

The hotel staff spoke a poor english, and they could not help us in the matter of questions for how to get to the sight seeing we wanted to do, because of bad knowledge or bad english.

The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of Chinese and Asian dishes. the room was a good size with a reasonably spacious private bathroom. - the hotel is in a great location near the Humble Administrator's Garden, a must-see in Suzhou, and close to a large shopping area, cafes, and brasseries.

Located conveniently for visiting Xuanmiao Temple, this place has a great and ideal location.

Very friendly staff with good command of English, very nicely acquipped rooms and soft beds. Very quiet in spite of being in the middle of the city.

Some difficulty to get a taxi directily to the hotel. The restaurant can be slow.

The hotel has a very central location, just a short 10-15 minute walk from a lovely Chinese garden. the rooms are new-fashioned and bright, with cozy beds and windows that face outside instead of an air well. - the central fan from the air conditioning is conveniently located.
